The Employment Development Department (EDD) is sending this notice to you as a security measure.
Our records show that you established or changed your personal identification number (PIN) on MM/DD/YYYY for your BlankLine claim. Your Social Security number and PIN allow access to your records, so it is very important that you read the instructions below.
If you did establish or change your PIN, no further action is necessary.
If you did not establish or change your PIN, immediately report this by visiting Help Fight Fraud (edd.ca.gov/en/about_edd/fraud) and selecting the Report Fraud link. The online fraud form is the fastest method to report fraud and you will receive a receipt number for your submission. If you do not have access to the internet, you may call to speak with an EDD representative at 1-800-229-6297.
Note: Protect your records. Do not write your PIN on any EDD correspondence.
